Pingyao County Museum(Qing Xu Guan)

Pingyao County Museum, set in a local Taoist temple called "Qing Xu Guan", is worthy to see for its architecture. The exhibits in the museum are rich, including various Buddha statues of the Ming and Qing Dynasty, and dozens of precious wood carvings of the Ming Dynasty. And the special local artworks - Statues of Opera Actors, are very vivid in shape and sharp in color and perfectly preserved. This is one must-see museum if you are interested in local featured architecture and artware.
