I have checked in and am now at the hotel. When I arrived to the hotel I did not get any problems with the confirmation.
The hotel is beautiful and I got a beautiful room on the floor 32 with an amazing view on the city.
The hotel service is very nice and the whole staff is very helpful and friendly.
I have checked the wellness center and am satisfied at my almost :)
Thus, everything is fine as far.

- I have been in Guangzhou for business on many occasions but this the first time I am staying in this hotel, the prize is very good, the rooms great, the spar at the hotel is also nice. The renovation going on around the hotel was the only uncomfortable experience especially while working in or out. As In many Chinese hotels, communication has been a great issue. Always double sure your order is well understood.

- I went to this hotel on June 29 for one night. the room is great we got upgraded. However the receptionist in the night was not flexible, hope improvement. The location of this hotel is just great and room amenities as well.

- I booked in here for a fair at Guangzhou for 3 nights last week.. I was upgraded to an exec suite as some work was going on in the lower floors.. The rooms are massive with plush furniture & amenities.. The toilets are an experience in themselves.. Excellent views from the 39th floor.. The staff are good with English, I did not have any trouble at all.. Lynn the front office manager is very hospitable and always ready to help.. . Location wise it is in the middle of CBT.. With restaurants, KFCs, McDs, super markets etc all around.. The Pazhou complex is 12 to 15 mins drive..This is probably my 10th trip to Guangzhou and I have decided not to stay anywhere else from now.. Would highly recommend
