- This is a good, comfotable hotel, located in new downtown in Guangzhou. The hotel location is close to mall, new park for walking and jogging, many places to eat, and so on. The room is not big, but comfortable enough, and it is clean, which is important to me. The staff is quite friendly and helpful.
On the negative sides, the hotel seems to be a bit overpriced.The hotel has nice restairants and cafes, but I thought that they are quite expensive. But one can find many places to eat outside the hotel.

- Stayed at the hotel for two nights meeting with customers in the area. I found the hotel is located just few min. walking from a shopping mall which is also a subway station. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly up to good Hyatt standard. Facilities are modern and comfortable to stay .
I had a very late flight from CAN to LAX at 9:00 pm, being an elite member of the hotel, they gave me late check out at 5:00 pm. This is certainly helpful!
Mr. David Chan, the GM of the hotel, is a friendly and considerate person. I really appreciate their guest services making guests feeling welcome attitude.

- hotel locates in Zhujiang new town with a view towards huacheng square. convenient location. stayed in Hyatt or Fourseasons is really a toss-up but finally choose hyatt because of it's brand.
hotel is not new, opened about 6 years but rooms are fine. bathub a bit small. changing elevator from lobby to room is a bit weird however reasonably safe. would like to stay here again.

- I went with my family on a vacation business trip , our first city to visit after take off from Los Angeles , it was Guangzhou , China , it´s a business city and we arrived at the Grand Hyatt Hotel , we take the Executive plan on which at a high level floor you have from breakfast time until night very different type of food on that Executive floor , you also have free Internet access and really very nice views , specially betwwen 7 to 8:00 pm.
