Check-in was very quick (which is great after a long international flight). I requested the highest floor available so I was pleased to find we were given the 19th floor (there are 30 floors in the building)

staff can understand english but still need to be patient . the taxi is in front of the hotel and everything is very close. during CANTON fair the hotel is around 280-300 usd/night for a single room (overcharged).if u want to stay there its recommended but i only disliked the chinese restaurant because most of the food there were very traditional chinese .
