- Rooms have an exceptional layout and are very spacious and elegant. Extraordinary design. Bed very comfortable and the view out of our room was very nice. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Cleanliness in the room not everywhere perfect, with quite some marks on furnitures.
Overall a very pleasant stay!

- Was allocated a corner room with two living areas with a huge work desk area and a bathroom that had two vanities and lots of space. The bed was good and comfortable. Two TV's and two wardrobes, a room really too big for one person. Service was great, very attentive especially as had a second lot of luggage issues with Air China and the hotel constantly rung the airline to check status. Close to some big department stores if required. Breakfast was very good as was all the food. Check-in is on the 22nd floor and then u travel further down for your room. A great stay.

- This was a one night stay to attend a conference in the hotel. An unusual hotel as check-in is on the 20th floor and you then go down to the rooms. Check-in was fast and efficient and done with a smile! My room on the 17th floor was well appointed with an interesting bathroom - it had an overhead shower but the smallest bath tub I've ever seen.

- Great rooms, absolutely perfect service and amazing breakfast.
For a hotel in this class you could actually expect a live pianist and an actual singer, or just some nice background music.. But PLEASE, change something about this annoying playback "singer" showgirl in the hotel bar, every night the same few songs, and way too loud to have normal conversations in the bar.
