- Outstanding hotel, best hotel I have ever stayed at. will recommend to all I know. Brilliant service. Magnificent decor and immaculate hotel room. Bill (concierge) was incredible (he helped me enormously). Food outstanding. Not sure if another hotel could compete with such brilliant service.

- This has been my best hotel experience ever. The rooms, the food, the service, the spa, everything. We did not go back because we found a cheaper hotel, but the Grand Hyatt was worth every penny spent. The hotel had premium parking at the Guangzhou fair so it was just a short walk to the quarter hourly air conditioned buses. I will definitely love to book early and return to this hotel again. Lovely rooms...

- Our standard room was huge, ultra-modern, with a king bed and electronic controls for lighting, window shades and blinds. High speed internet (extra charge) and big flat screen TV with integrated iPod and PC feeds were standard. Bath facilities may be the nicest I have ever experienced in years of travel to good hotels worldwide.

- I rarely stay at Hyatts. HOWEVER, THIS hotel is a cut above the rest. A BIG cut. Big, bold, contemporary, and spacious, with legions of well-trained staffers.
I've been in museums and attended art exhibits that were not as impressively designed and arranged as this hotel. All of the room lighting had dimmer switches, electric drapes and blinds opened and closed for the exterior view, to change the bathroom from amazingly open to exceptionally discreet. The bathtub was soaking size, and everything else was LARGE, as well.
This hotel is too good to be a Grand Hyatt. It is truly a 5-star service with a 6-star design. However, better to bring a map to find your way around, because getting lost in the cavernous corridors is an hourly occurrence.
