Xi’an

Xi'an features distinctive cuisines of China Northwest, such as various-shaped Chinese dumplings and other wheaten food. Muslim Quarter gathers lots of delicious local food like Rou Jia Mo and shish kebabs, etc.
(1) Here we highly recommend Chinese Dumpling Dinner, which also named Jiaozi, typically consist of a ground meat and/or vegetable filling wrapped into a thinly rolled piece of dough, which is then sealed by pressing the edges together or by crimping. As a must-try for visitors, it serves with Tang dynasty show. And it belongs to an [add on] item in the tour.
(2) Rou Jia Mo, also called Chinese Hamburger, is very similar to the Western hamburger essentially, but with different cooking method.

Dear Michelle,

I have just arrived home and I want to thank you sincerely for organizing such a wonderful tour for our party of four adults and three children. Your friendly guides and drivers were all excellent. We were always met on arrival and assisted on each departure for every stage of the tour, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the marvelous sights we were shown and the interesting commentary presented. The accommodation was always four star as promised, and the meals were tasty and satisfying.

I particularly want to thank you for arranging our Hong Kong accommodation. This service was not part of your obligation, but we are all very grateful for your time and efforts to do this for us. The hotel you chose was clean and comfortable, and was in a perfect location. As a result we all enjoyed our stay in Hong Kong immensely.
I will have no hesitation in recommending your services to any of our friends and acquaintances.

Dear friends,

Thank you for your note re our travels in China. Yes, we did have a great time and enjoyed our travels very much, especially in Tibet. It was good having a local Tibetan guide there, she added to our enjoyment immensely.

The only area of concern we had was in Xi'an. Our guide, Grace, (and I know a lot of the guides in Xi'an are called Grace, but I am sure you can sort out the right one) was not at all good. I am only glad that we had had such good guides in all the previous places, she would have put us of completely is she had been our first introduction to China travel.

I hope this does not seem to negative, but I feel you should know how we feel, using guides and drivers of this low caliber does no good for the reputation of you company.
