Day 1 Lhasa (L) |
Be met in the airport and transfer to the hotel, and the rest of time is free for you to adjust yourself from the Altitude Sickness. |
Day 2 Lhasa (B,L) |
Today we will make a visit of the famous monastery as Jokhang Temple, and Potale Palace. The Potala Palace is an architectural wonder and the landmark of Lhasa. It can be seen from all directions in the city from miles away. Then you can enjoy a free time in the Bharkor Street. |
The Potala Palace: |
Blend with Tibetan and Han architecture, it used to be Tibetan imperial palace. Built at an altitude of 3,700 m, it is the highest palace in the world. |
The Barkhor Street: |
Barkhor Street is a place full of religious atmosphere and a world of exotic articles. Believe your eyes, and you will get a lot of surprise there. |
The Jokhang Temple: |
Jokhang Temple is the spiritual center of Tibet and the holiest destination for all Tibetan Buddhist pilgrims. |
Day 3 Lhasa (B,L) |
The tour for you today will include the Drepung Monastery, then the Norbulingka which is used to be the Summer Palace for Dalai Lama, after that the guide will show you to the Sere Monastery. |
Drepung Monastery: |
Drepung is the largest of all Tibetan monasteries, and indeed at its peak was the largest monastery of any religion in the world. |
Norbulingka: |
Norbulingka both reflects the ethnical, religious features of the Tibetan people and embodies the architecture style of inland China. |
The Sera Monastery: |
As one of most important Monastery in Tibet, it often holds debate about Buddhism, which attracts many monks, celebrities all over the world. |
Day 4 Lhasa to Shigatse (B,L,D) |
Today we will drive from Lhasa to Shigates (3-4 hours drive). Todays's attraction will include Yomdrok Lake, a beautiful holy lake, and the Palgor Chorten, which is a unique Tibetan Monastery . Stay overnight in Shigatse. |

Day 5 Shigatse to Lhasa (B,L) |
After the breakfast, we will make a visit to the Tashilunbo Monastery, which is the biggest monastery in Shigatse and it represents the Tibetan super architecture art in the Last Tibetan spirit. Then we will drive back to Lhasa. |
Tashilunbo Monastery: |
Located on a hill in the center of the Shigatse, the full name in Tibetan of the monastery means: "all fortune and happiness gathered here" or "heap of glory". |
Day 6 Depart Lhasa (B) |
Transfer to airport for your flight to next destination. |
