 Daily Itinerary
Day 1   Arrive in Hong Kong

Upon your arrival, our English-speaking guide will meet you at the airport and escort you to the hotel. Free time at your own leisure. It is recommended that you go to the Star Avenue to see the Victoria Harbor Light Show and Hong Kong Night View.


Day 2   Hong Kong / Guilin   transfer by flight

Enjoy half-day tour in Hong Kong Island by visiting Victoria Peak, Aberdeen and Repulse Bay. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Guilin. Upon your arrival, our English-speaking guide will meet you at the airport and escort you to the hotel.

Victoria Peak : The highest spot in Hong Kong offers a spectacular vantage point from which to see the hustle and bustle of the day as well as the breathtaking night view and colorful city lights.

Aberdeen:

A fishing port for more than 100 years, it is ripe with well-preserved traditions and plenty of wild tales. You can first stroll to take it all in and then enjoy some fresh seafood in a floating restaurant.

Repulse Bay:

A charming beach, soft golden sand, and clear azure blue water gently lapping the seashore have made it a popular spot for relaxation, aquatic activities, and especially to escape the summer heat.

Day 3   Guilin   (B,L)

Visit Reed Flute Cave to see the large variety of natural rock formations, and then the Elephant Trunk Hill, the symbol of Guilin city. Later, the Ancient South Gate, Rong Lake and Shan Lake to relax in the picturesque scenery and peaceful atmosphere.

Reed Flute Cave:

This is the most visited cave in the world and a marvelous natural spectacle. The large variety of natural rock formations found here are sure to challenge your imagination.
Elephant Trunk Hill: Shaped like a huge elephant dipping its trunk into the Li River to quench its thirst, the hill is both a widely regarded symbol of both karst landscape and Guilin.

Ancient South Gate:

For culture and history lovers, to appreciate Guilin 's past splendid culture, the Ancient South Gate (also named Gu nan men) is one of the right spots. The south gate entrance to the city is a remnant of the old walled city of Guilin.

Day 4   Guilin / Yangshuo   transfer by cruise   (B,L)

Li River Cruise to Yangshuo with lunch aboard. Visit the West Street in Yangshuo.

Li River Cruise:

The centerpiece of any trip to Guangxi, you will float down the crystal-clear, tranquil waters of the Li River, while the fresh breeze and ever unfolding mountain scenery delight all the senses.

West Street:

With a plethora of bars, pubs, cafes and boutiques, the West Street in Yangshuo attracts a great number of foreigners from all over the world and is reputed as "Foreigner's Street". It makes a brilliant hang-out place for expats and locals to relax.


Day 5    Yangshuo / Chongqing   (transfer by flight) / Yangtze River Cruise   (B,L)
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Chongqing. Airport pick-up. Visit Erling Park, People's Grand Hall and Ciqikou Old Town. Transfer to the dock. Enjoy the brilliant Night View of Chongqing and then board the ship.
Erling Park: Visit Erling Park to see the full view of Chongqing and to get an overall idea of the Yangtze River.
Ciqikou Old Town: It is a fine example of what a typical Chongqing ancient town is like, also to see livelihood of the people there. You'll be rewarded a friendly welcome as local residents sharing their special way of life with you.
Chongqing Night View: When night falls, the city is transformed into a sea of lights, complete with glistening rivers and hulking mountains in the distance. The mystery and charm attracts thousands.

Day 6   Yangtze River Cruise - Fengdu Ghost City   (B,L,D)

Enjoy the wonderful scenery along the mighty Yangtze. Take a shore excursion to Fengdu Ghost City to experience the profound ghost culture of China with temple and shrines dedicated to underworld demons and gods.

Fengdu Ghost City: On the northern bank of the Yangtze River, this ancient town epitomizes the Chinese profound ghost culture traditions with amazing temples depicting underworld demons and gods.

Day 7   Yangtze River Cruise - Lesser Three Gorges   (B,L,D)

Disembark the ship and board smaller vessels to navigate the Lesser Three Gorges. It's best to explore this tributary of the Yangtze by small vessels to see the spectacular scenery.

Lesser Three Gorges: One of the most exciting and famous sights in a Yangtze cruise, this boasts three sections of valleys along the Daning River, well-known for its crystal clear rapids and vertical cliffs.

Day 8  Yangtze River Cruise - Three Gorges Dam / Yichang / Shanghai   transfer by flight   (B,L)

Go ashore to visit the largest hydroelectric power project in the world, the Three Gorges Dam. Arrive in Yichang Port. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Shanghai. Upon your arrival, our English-speaking guide will meet you at the airport and escort you to the hotel. Free time.

Day 9  Shanghai   (B,L)

Enjoy a walk in Yuyuan Garden, a classic Shanghai garden, and Yuyuan Market, and visit the landmark of Shanghai - the Oriental Pearl Tower, then Shanghai City Museum. Stroll along the Bund, the symbol of bustling Shanghai.

Yuyuan Garden: Famed as an architectural miracle in the south of Yangtze River, Yuyuan Garden is the most celebrated classical Chinese garden in Shanghai, with a long history of more than four hundred years.
Yuyuan Market: Yuyuan Market was built as a majestic temple in the 15th century and is now a well-known and busy bazaar, specializing in traditional arts and crafts and Shanghai local snacks.
Oriental Pearl Tower: A landmark of Shanghai and the tallest completed tower in Asia, it implements Chinese elements in its design and features a breathtaking bird's eye view of the city.
The Bund: Regarded as the symbol of Shanghai and offering a snapshot view of Shanghai's history, the area is famous for its variety of styles, magnificent buildings, and historical landmarks.
