1 Arrive in Guiyang |
You will be met and welcomed by the guide in Guiyang airport.

| Day 2 Guiyang–Anshun (157km, 2.5hr)–Guiyang (B,L) |
One-day tour includes Huangguoshu Waterfall and a Buyi village. The waterfall is especially beautiful as the rainbow arches over the falls. We will walk along a well-cut cliff path for about 1.5 hours where you can view the water curtain from behind. After lunch, we will visit the ethnic minority villages of the Bouyi tribe. We ill return to Guiyang in the evening.

The Huangguoshu Waterfall, being 223 feet in height and 276 feet in width, is the biggest one in Asia.
Buyi Village: Buyi, the "aborigines" of Guizhou, are well known for their expertise in batik cloth dyeing. |

3 Guiyang—Xiaba (100km, 1.5 hr) —Dazhai village (on foot, 1.5 hr) (B,L,D) |
We will leave Guiyang to explore villages around Xiaba and visit a local Buddhist temple. After lunch, we'll spend the afternoon hiking through the Damochong Valley, an area of quaint villages, dense bamboo groves, and clear streams. We'll stop along the way and learn about the art of traditional paper-making. We'll spend the night in Dazhai village (with clean bed sheet). |

4 Dazhai village—Yandi village (on foot, 3 hr)—Guiyang (100km, 1.5hr) (B,L) |
We'll spend the morning exploring Dazhai village, an enchanting maze of old wooden houses amongst green paddy fields. And then have a hike through this area of quaint mountain villages. We'll stop for a hearty lunch in Yandi Miao village where you can have a chance to chat with local families and gain a better understanding of life and customs in their area. After lunch, we'll take a walk around the hills there and return to Guiyang in late afternoon. |

This morning is free for you to explore the city. After lunch, transfer to the airport to catch the flight to your next destination. |
