Free Airport Pick-up Service for Canton Fair
Guangzhou is a city with convenient transportation to getting around. From the Baiyun International Airport, visitors can get to Guangzhou downtown by taxi, airport express buses, hotel shuttle buses, or HRC Pick-up Service.
For guests who have booked hotel with us, HRC provides free pick-up directly from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport to downtown hotels during each Canton Fair period. Since the airport is about 40km away from downtown, we suggest that you apply for our value-added service. Here are steps for applying for our free pick-up service:
Please be informed that:
-- Free pick-up service as a privilege provided ONLY for those who make hotel reservation successfully via HRC. Please make a reservation here if not yet.
-- Pick-up service will applied to downtown hotels for phase 1 and phase 2 of the fair. No pick-up service for phase 3.
-- Pick-up service will be applied to bookings with minimum consecutive stay of 3 nights.
-- Pick-up service is provided NOT by private cars but vans. You may have to wait for other guests who arrive around the same time.

Pick-up Spots at the Airport
Notice:
1. Pick-up service will be offered first to guests who arrive as scheduled
2. No free pick-up service provided if flights delay for more than 1 hour after 23:30
3. For guests without registration in advance, USD 16/ person (RMB 120/ person) will be charged as pick-up service fee
