After you select your preferred type, please click the "Book" button to choose your date and number of tickets, and further fill in your contact information, and then go on to make payment online by Paypal. After we confirm your booking & payment, a ticket confirmation voucher will be sent to you in 12 hours.

After make payment online to us, the Ticket Confirmation Voucher will be sent to you via email.	Please go to the Redemption Points shown above with your Confirmation Voucher to get your tickets.
If it is fully booked, what can we do?	Cancellation Policy
If the bus is already fully booked on the required day, we will inform you via email as soon as possible. You can choose to change the date.	No cancellation is accepted by the Big Bus Company. You can change to another date for tour. (Any amendment please inform us at least 5 days in advance).
