We didn't think that such a complicated tour that we planned (with 20 different hotels, 6 flights, 2 trains, 2 buses, countless boats, 2 concerts, a major trek etc etc) would be possible without some serious hiccups - we were totally wrong! This was, by far, the best organised holiday we've ever been on and we were delighted by your choice of hotels, local guides etc.

Lijiang Tour

Under the foot of awe-inspiring Jade Dragon Snow Mountain stands a beautiful ancient town called Lijiang Old Town. Its maze of cobbled streets, rickety old wooden buildings and gushing canals makes it one of the most famous UNESCO World Heritage Site over the world. Strolling on the Square Street (the core of the old town) and listen to the Naxi ancient music after supper is the best nightlife activities. When walk out of the town, there is a number of thrilling attractions around Lijiang, some of which like Yufeng Temple, Baisha village, Yuhu Village and Lashi Lake can be reached by bicycle. Among them, Baisha Village used to be the capital of the Naxi kingdom and now it is a fascinating place to experience the Dongba Culture. Meanwhile, Lijiang is the paradise for intrepid photographers and hikers due to its rich natural landscape that nature gives.
