This is to give you our final feedback on overall trip to China. Yesterday we did return safely back home to Roma!!!

Our nice Shanghai local Tour guide Rita took care of us on our latest midnight arrival from Huangshan and she was very helpfull confirming our own flight reservation to Rome, since it was impossible for us to make on-line check-in on the Alitalia flight operated by China Eastern (unlikely Air France flight Roma -Paris-Beijing operated by China South Eastern in July).

Now that we are safely back home, I wish to thank you all, at the head office, as you always have listen to and taken care of us while travelling all over China.

As a result, we can say that our trip to China overall was an amazing, unforgettable, very nice trip and in the end we only had little problems, not big ones!

Thank you again for that!

I wish you more Italian customers will follow us in the future and even the little problems will be avoided in the future, as far as depending on you. I can give more details and suggestions to improve service from the Italian customer perspective, if you'd like that.

China tour guide is an awesome travel agency. They arranged all our 17 days trip in China. Visited Beijing, Xi'an, Zhangjiajie, Huangshan, Shanghai, Guilin and Yangshuo. Will contact them again for the next trip and will recommend to everyone. Nancy, thanks for everything!!!!

We came from Saudi Arabia. We are muslims and a family of 7. We asked for some modification of their predefined tour. We skipped Shenghai. The tour was arranged very well according to our selection of places. We arranged our own hotel and meals. The tour guides new well about Muslim Halal food and guided us to several excellent Muslim resturaunts.

The tour guide in beijing was also very helpful in getting us the money exchange as we had some difficulty initially.

The tour went very nicely. Suky was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The driver clearly knew Guangzhou well and the short cuts to avoid traffic. The pick up and drop off at Guangzhou South worked well. I know that is unusual for a pick up, but it was convenient for me (and others in the future) who might be taking the high speed train to Guangzhou for a day trip.

We joined the cruise in Yichang and cruised for 4 days 5 nights.Unfortunately it was rather foggy or rather smoggy so our photos did not look so good. However, it was a very interesting place to visit and the ship was very comfortable.

The only problem with the ship was the buffet food was always cold - no heating under the baine maries. The inclusive tours were interesting but did incur a lot of steps - not so good if you had a mobility problem. The entertainment on board was great and the staff were very friendly. However, we do not agree with compulsory gratuities.

I spent a year planning the trip of my life and I was so fortunate to have found China Tour Guide to assist me. I generally plan all of the stops I want to make on my own. I also find the best bargain on a roundtrip flight. Then I contact a good travel company and fill in the details.

I first saw China Tour Guide on Facebook. I asked a FB friend who used their services about them. I got a very good feeling about this company. I told my China Tour Guide what I wanted to see, to do, how I wanted to travel throughout China and Vietnam, and they tailored a dream trip that met my personal specifications.

It did not matter where I was, if I needed something, I could always call my personal agent, Nancy. I needed a pickup at the train station in Chongching, a city of over 30 million people. I was arriving after a wonderful two-day train ride across China. Thirty minutes after I called from the train, Nancy arranged for a pickup and I had the guide's phone number. She also arranged for my permit to Tibet and my travel in Vietnam.

I spent 27 days seeing over 3,000 miles of Chinese and Vietnamese landscape by train, cruise ship, and bus. I will not plan another trip to Asian without going through China Tour Guide.

We had a 4-day tour with this excellent agency and our wonderful guide Judy, who was professional, kind and very knowledgeable about the sites and the Chinese culture!

A tour company that you can trust. Attentive and dedicated. Our tour was personalised to include the magnificent sites not far away from Datong i.e. Yungang Grottoes and the hanging Monastery, the Wooden Pagoda of Yingxian, as well as the Buddhist holy Wutai Mountai. Then the car drove us to the ancient City of Pingyao, where we continued the trip on our own.

Because we have asked many questions to Nancy and she has answered all our questions, we will tell you we are very satisfied. We are over 70 years old and travel a lot, but we will travel comfortable.

Still recovering from the trip home!!! But it was a wonderful trip and great photographs. Everything went very well and Mi and our driver Chong were excellent. As for accommodations - the Heaven Sent in Kaili left allot to be desired. Of course I have to say that I'm getting to the age where I like my "creature" comforts - like a mini bar for cold drinks. The hotel has no restaurant so we ate just about every day in a small local place and the food there was wonderful. I think it was called the Mother in Law.

The highlight of our trip to Guizhou was the Sister Meal Festival - our guide and driver were excellent and as a photographer they did everything they could to accommodate my needs.

Most of the roads were terrible - but Chong did a great job getting through some rough areas.

The rest of the hotels were OK - not 5star - but we expected that. The Novotel was very nice.

Travelled to Xian on business and before travelling booked a 2 day tour, the experience was very easy the booking team kept me updated throughout the booking process and talked me through the whole thing.

When I arrived in Xian the tour guide telephoned me the evening before and we then spent two days being shown around museums, the city walls and of course the terracotta warriors. All entrance fees and lunch were included in the price, fantastic value.

Would have no hesitation recommending to others and booking again.
